Tin Can Sailors - The organization for all destroyer veterans, if you are not a member - Join! The quarterly newspaper alone is worth the annual dues. This is the group that subsidizes the Memorial Destroyers throughout the country such as the Laffey outside Charleston, the only example of the SUMNER Class left in the United States.

US Navy Memorial - The memorial is located in Washington and has an online site to which you may have your name, record and photo added for online searching.  The Sumner Reunion Association has supported the Memorial since it's inception including a memorial chair in the theater and a plaque on the memory wall.

USS Orleck Restoration - If you ever wanted to get "hands on" again with a Tin Can again here is your opportunity. The Orleck is being restored and they can use your help. Stop by and join a working party today!
