• January 7, 1960 - Up the York River to the ammunition depot in Yorktown
• January 24, 1960 - It being winter we decide to go to the tropics of GITMO
• February 20, 1960 - A day in Kingston, Jamaica where dancing is a rough business
• February 27, 1960 - Spend the day trying to sink Culebra Island
• March 8, 1960 - Back home at the D & S Piers in good old Norva
• March 18, 1960 -A visit to Mayport for a look around, we might move here
• March 23, 1960 - Time to play Ping-Ping at the Sonar School in Key West
• March 26, 1960 - Back to our new home and all the palm trees
• May 5, 1960 - A day of OPS in the Jacksonville area
• May 10, 1960 - Back to Key West to see if we can find Hemingway
• May 14, 1960 - Captain's Personnel Inspection and then back to Mayport
• May 20, 1960 - A day trip to Savannah, Georgia
• June 7, 1960 - We forgot a few items in our old home so we run up the coast to Norfolk
• June 17, 1960 - Down the St. Lawrence River to Montreal
• July 1, 1960 - Almost back where we started - Newark, New Jersey
• July 21, 1960 - Back with the USS Saratoga (CVA60) in Mayport

• August 24, 1960 - Rear Admiral Craig comes aboard and presents us with the Squadron "E"

• October 7, 1960 - Take a break from OPS and stop at Genoa, Italy
• October 18, 1960 - Run along the coast to good old Naples
• October 28, 1960 - An idea of the weather around Cannes in late October
• October 30, 1960 - Stop off to see some flicks at Cannes
